Located in Manatee County, this museum is home to the Bishop Planetarium and the Parker Manatee Aquarium.  Working in cooperation with Lowry Park Zoo, this aquarium holds and rehabilitates manatees to be released back into the wild.  It is also the home of “Snooty” the most famous manatee in Manatee County


Hours: Open Daily 10-5 and 12-5 on Sundays.  Between June - December the musuem is closed on Mondays.  It is also closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

Tickets: Adults ($15.95), Seniors ($13.95), Children ($11.95). Under 4 are free
